Z Place offers fully furnished two-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom apartments, and six-bedroom apartments.
The number of bathrooms in your apartment depends on the selected floor plan.
Z Place offers free Wi-Fi and printing services, a 24/7 fitness center, ground-floor shopping, secure keycard entry, temperature-controlled underground parking, bike storage, easy access to UMich bus stops, high-speed Internet and cable, roommate matching services, and 24/7 maintenance, among other on-site amenities.
Z Place is conveniently located near the University of Michigan campus, as well as A2’s most popular restaurants, shops, entertainment spots, and parks.
Yes! Each UMich apartment comes outfitted with all your standard appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven, microwave, and full-size washer and dryer.

Yes, the apartments are wired for high-speed Internet with Wi-Fi and also include cable TV.
Our off campus housing is equipped with electronic key fobs, which provide students with access to their individual apartments as well as to community amenities. This system allows residents to enjoy the amenities 24 hours a day.
Each installment payment is due on the 1st day of each month. Payments submitted after 12 PM on the 4th day of the month are considered late. You can bring the check to the office or make a payment online using the resident portal.
Monthly installment payments include high-speed Internet, cable, trash, 24/7 maintenance, monthly pest control and access to all of Z Place’s amenities.
